Paula Pivato O’Neill was born in Bilbao
Spain and attended international
English speaking schools.
In Lugano she earned a degree in Interior Design and then specialized in Interiors and Stage Design in Rome.
After completing her studies she began working with a number of International firms and Architectural Studios.
Assistant stage designer for RAI -Rome.
Designer of furniture line Wama S.r.l.Rome.
Interior designer for Saudi Arabian villas.
Production Manager Vivai del Sud S.r.l.Rome.

Later in San Francisco, through her own firm I.DE.A. she promoted leading Italian contemporary design furniture throughout North America.
The companies represented were :
Flexform, Poltronova, Up &Up, 
Elio Palmisano,  Poliform,  Rimadesio,  Gamma,  Joint,  Fasem.

Back to Italy, she became Project Manager for the fashion company FENDI where she designed their worldwide Boutiques, Corners and Shop-in-Shops.
The project of the first Fendi boutique in Moscow will mark the beginning of her design style.
From the fashion boutiques she enters the field of luxury watch-makers, where  she designs Hausmann & Co
on Via Condotti, Rome,up until the prestigious project of the historical flagship store in Geneva of
Patek Philippe.
