BIOGRAPHY

Paula Pivato O’Neill is born in Bilbao, from a Venitian mother and a Californian father.

She studies architecture in Lugano and majors in Interior Design.
From Switzerland to Rome, she achieves another degree in Interior and Set design and together with her language skills in English, Italian and French she begins working for International furniture firms and architectural studios.

Years later she decides to open her own firm IDEA, Italian Design Associates in San Francisco, her father’s city; she represents unique Italian design furniture brands such as Flexform, Poltronova,  Up &Up, Gamma, Joint, Fasem, Elio Palmisano, Rimadesio & Poliform, for the major cities in north America.

Back in Italy, she becomes project manager for FENDI creating their worldwide corners, Shop in Shop and Boutiques. The first Fendi boutique in Moscow will underline her elegant style.

She also collaborates in the Hotel business for Starwood Hotels with the design studio HDC, with offices in Los Angeles and Rome, for resort hotels in Egypt, Scotland and Milan.

From fashion and prestigious hotels she successfully challenges herself in the total renovation project of the flagship store of Patek Philippe in Geneva, including the historical room.
Among other stores he creates on Via Condotti and on Via del Babuino, the new design image for Hausmann & Co the famous Roman watchmakers.

She is now a specialist in jewellery boutiques.
